APPLICATION PROCEDURES
 
Step 1: Applicant must meet minimum academic qualification requirements. These include the successful completion of one (1) of the following:

i. ‘O’ level certificate or equivalent ii. ‘A’ level certificate or equivalent iii. Proficiency in English (not required for English Programs)

Step 3: Student submits the application form with:

i. Photocopy of passport – all pages including cover page ii. Copies of school certificates and full transcript of previous studies iii. Eight (8) recent passport sized photographs iv. Medical Report – using Standard Format Download here v. Students may scan & email the documents to admission@bostonweb.com.my or undergraduate@bostonweb.edu.my

Step 4: Bostonweb College will apply for Student Pass from Malaysian Immigration Office. Normally the processing time is approximately one (1) month, so we would advice that you apply at least 7 weeks in advance before the next date of next intake. Please note that without a photocopy of passport, BW will be unable to apply for immigration approval on your behalf. All international students are required to apply for a student pass to study in Malaysia.

Step 5: Bostonweb College will send Immigration Approval & Letter of Acceptance to student’s address.

Step 6: Student endorse a Single Entry Visa at Malaysian Embassy/ Consulate office.
If you are from a country which does not require you to obtain an entry visa, you may proceed to enter without visa. However, you will have to pay RM 500.00 to Malaysian Immigration to process the Journey performed Visa to convert social pass to a student pass. Please be advised that the conversion is not always guaranteed.

Step 7: Student notifies Bostonweb College details of their arrival at least 3 days before departure date.

Information required: date of arrival, time of arrival and flight number.

Step 8: Bostonweb College official will receive you at the airport Immigration clearance point.
Please take note that students will not be able to clear immigration without the presence of official from Bostonweb College. For ease of Immigration Clearance, please produce the approval letter upon arrival and also complete tuition fees or receipt of payment paid to Bostonweb College account.

Step 9: Student will be accompanied to accommodation, upon clearing by immigrations.

Paying Your Tuition Fees

Please take note that Bostonweb College does not authorize any agent to collect fees on behalf of the college. Any payment shall be made directly to Bostonweb College account.
