Oxford Centre for English Language (OCEL) offers a choice of English courses designed to meet specific needs. To ensure that each lesson is customised to meet our students' needs, our prospective students are required to take a free placement test that would determine their English proficiency level.

Level I: - The Part 1 module focuses on Basic Grammar, Speaking, Writing and Vocabulary activities that enables the students to begin their communicative English with confidence.

Level II:- This level focuses on the development of a wider range of language and vocabularies on how to read and understand a variety of texts and work towards gaining good grammatical control in spoken and writing interaction and extend the range of language for students who are able to understand, utilise, express and be fluent in its usage.

Level III:- At this Part, students will broaden their English language repertoire and work towards perfecting their grammatical accuracy. Whilst building linguistics and communication skills with eloquence.

These  programmes are designed  for non- English language international collegues & universities students from Korea, Saudi, Oman, Yeman , Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Iran, Africa and other Asia Pacific region

Specific Programme
The programme is designed for foreign workers, expatriates and diplomats who want to take up a new international job opportunity where English language is used as the means of communication.

This is a fast track programme that is academically rigorous and demanding. It prepares students to cope with the various English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, MUET, BEC and ILEC), college and University studies
